Open Enrollment

The Open Enrollment period will take place from November 10, 2025, through November 21, 2025. 

 

This year, we will be holding a Passive Open Enrollment, which means your current Medical, Prescription, and Dental coverage will automatically continue for the 2026 plan year unless you choose to make changes.

To receive the forms for open enrollment, please contact Marissa Deamer at modeamer@mcsssd.us.

 

You must complete and return an enrollment form to Marissa Deamer no later than November 21, 2025, if you would like to:

• Enroll in Medical/Prescription/Dental coverage for the first time

• Add or terminate dependents from your coverage (this includes aging out)

• Waive or change your current Medical/Prescription/Dental benefits

 

Please note that there are two different enrollment forms based on your hire date:

• Employees hired BEFORE July 1, 2020, may choose from Direct Access 10 and Direct Access 15 as well as NJEHP and GSP

• Employees hired AFTER July 1, 2020, may only choose from NJEHP and GSP
